Mr. Pervez Ahmed is the chairman of D.S. Group and Chief Executive of Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited. He is a founder member of the Lahore Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited since 1970. He also has been a president of Lahore Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited in 1989 and also been vice president in 1973.

Since the last thirty five years he has been investing and trading in shares and securities of listed companies. In addition to the stock market experience he is one of the main sponsor of D.S. Industries Limited, D.S Textile Limited and D.S. Power Limited and also has been on the board of Habib Bank Limited prior to its privatization. He is head of investment operations of Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

He receives remuneration of PKR 130,000/- per month as a Director of the Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

Mr. Ali Pervez Ahmed joined the D.S. Group in 1994 after graduation in finance and industrial business from the Georgetown University USA . Since then he has been involved in marketing the group in the international markets. He has been instrumental in expanding the customer base of D.S. Group and able to bring top companies like Phillips Van Heusen Corporation – USA, Russell Corporation – USA and Perry Ellis International etc. to Pakistan . He also has over the last ten years acquired valuable and relevant experience in capital market operations including corporate research and management of equity portfolio.

He is a director in D.S Power limited, D.S. Apparel (Pvt) Limited, D.S. Industries Limited and Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

He receives remuneration of PKR 130,000/- per month as a Director of the Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

Mrs. Ayesha Ahmed Mansoor is a graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences. She along with her partner, Ms. Huma Javed pioneered one of Pakistan’s most popular women brand Mausummery Lawn. She is also co-managing a promising chain of retail outlets under the name of Fiza Textile. She is also working as portfolio associate with Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

Mr. Hassan Ibrahim Ahmed joined the D.S. Group in 1999 after graduation in business management from Clark University USA . He quickly applied his knowledge and skills and expanding the groups by setting-up two new companies namely D.S. Apparel (Pvt) Limited and Fiza Textiles in 2000 and 2002 respectively. D.S. Apparel (Pvt) Limited is manufacturer & exporter of knitted garments while Fiza Textiles is engaged in the business of embroidered lawn and is known as a leading local brand in female wear. For the last five years he has been involved in equity investment and trading of shares of listed companies and has gained valuable experience of stock market operations. He is also working as a portfolio associate with Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

He is director in D.S. Power Limited, D.S. Apparel (Pvt) Limited, D.S. Industries limited, Infinite Securities Private Limited and Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

Mr. Suleman Ahmed joined the Group in 2003 after completing his business education from Royal Hollaway Collage,(university of London). He also Holds a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from London School of Economics(University of London) and a Diploma in Commerce from University of Hertfordshire , United Kingdom. He holds Four Distinctions (Accounting ,Economics ,Information Technology, Business Studies) in his diploma and stood first in his class in UHT, United Kingdom.

At present he is focusing on the Strategic Investment Division of Pervez Ahmed Securities Limted.

Mr. Suleman Ahmed is the chairman of the Audit Committee of D.S Industries Limited and Member of the Audit committee of Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited.

He is a director in D.S. Power Limited, D.S. Apparel (Pvt) Limited, D.S. Industries Limited and Pervez Ahmed Securities Limited. He is also one of the major shareholders in D.S. Industries Limited and Pervez Ahmed Securities Limted.

Mr. Muhammad Yousuf is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration and has gained over 10 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, financial management, accounting & corporate practice.

Mr. Rizwan Atta has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has gained valuable experience of corporate secretary over the years. His secretarial experience extends well over 5 years and has handled corporate & legal matters of D. S. Group. He also has held various important positions before assuming the position of Company Secretary.
